As a member of the V-Petsite Community you must read and accept the Code of Conduct in order to use our service. As a member of our community it is your responsibility to use our service whilst abiding by the Code of Conduct. The following list of actions is a breach of our Code of Conduct and is considered an act of aggression toward another user or another users interests.

• Verbally abusing a member via PM (Personal Messages), Forums (Community Forums), Chatboard (Game chatboards) or Email.
• Racial abuse or aggression based on a users ethnicity and/or religious beliefs.
• Disrespect toward another user or the users work.
• Being blunt and hurtful towards a member or their work. Be constructive!
• Taking another users work whether imagery, code, writings or other work owned by the individual.
• Spamming a users personal message inbox.
• Attempting to gain access to another users V-Panel.

As a member, and the author of your game holds you responsible for the content used within your game. V-Petsite.com is not held liable for the users actions or content used within a game and the responsibility for the content falls to you. V-Petsite.com will work with 3rd parties to remove any infringing content used by any individual author of any particular game created with the tools supplied via our service but will not be held liable for any idiots actions. If you have an issue with infringement please kindly contact us with information regarding the content and a link to the game in question with any additional evidence of ownership to the work in question.

You are not allowed to directly make sales within your game whether a premium user or not. Attempting to sell ad space, special pets or game currency is strictly forbidden. Such acts will result in blacklisting. V-Petsite.com allows PayPal donate buttons as an acceptable method of earning a little revenue for your work but you must make accessible the following disclaimer. V-Petsite.com offers it's services to any English speaking individual to create a game in English. In order to accurately moderate contents of any given game V-Petsite.com does not offer it's services for any additional languages at this time.
